Jimmie is the broker-owner of Jimmie P. England & Co – Your Home Team, and has worked in real estate sales for fourteen years. She has owned her own company for twelve of those years and has been a multi-million dollar producer for thirteen of those years.
Prior to entering the real estate business, Jimmie taught math at Magnolia High School and Harding Academy. She attended Harding University and obtained her BSE degree from South Arkansas University, MSE degree from the University of Arkansas and did extensive postgraduate work at NE Louisiana State University and the University of Arkansas. After entering the real estate business, she obtained the GRI and the CRS designations.

Cindy is a native of Cabot but now lives in Searcy where she has lived since 1995. Prior to receiving her real estate license, Cindy earned a BSE in Early Childhood educations from UCA.
She and her husband, Steve, are very active in West Race Baptist Church, where she is active in the choir, the AWANA program, and the youth committee. Cindy coaches her daughter KeLeigh’s basketball team and enjoys watching daughter Julia play soccer.
Steve and Cindy owned and operated Searcy’s Ace Hardware until 2007 when they sold the business and joined “The Hometeam” – Jimmie P. England & Co. Real Estate as Realtors. Cindy takes a special interest in working with families in producing successful results in selling their property and relocating to properties.

A life-long resident of Searcy and a graduate of Searcy High School, Steve Shands owned and operated S.S. Ace Hardware for 19 years. He sold Ace in 2007, and he and his wife, Cindy, joined Jimmie P. England & Co. – “The Hometeam” where they currently serve as a Real Estate Sales Team.
Steve and Cindy are active in West Race Baptist where they serve in the AWANA program as TNT leaders, and on the Youth committee. Steve has served for 7 years on the business board of First Community Bank in Searcy daughters KeLeigh and Julia play basketball and soccer.
